It is a line of high-speed milling centres with conventional axis drive technology designed for the machining of aluminium, composite and titanium components for the aerospace industry, models and moulds & dies. The availability of compact, modular, multi-functional sub-units, makes architectures adaptable to the customer's specific applications and space requirements. Some models in the Jomach line are equipped with the JIMS automatic electrospindle change system - a patented Jobs solution allowing roughing, finishing and super-finishing operations to be carried out at a spindle rotation speed of up to 27000 rpm.
The high performance combined with a complete range of equipments and accessories allow Jomach milling machines to fulfil complex applications.

Jomach 145 is a mobile gantry machining centre with X axis under floor level guides, designed for those users who require maximum economic benefit from an investment in high-speed milling technology.
The simple design, innovative construction technology and complete range of equipment make Jomach 145 a high-productivity milling center featuring:
• innovative rack traction system and dual motor for each axis
• top-class axes accuracy and dynamics
• integrated dust suction system with suction hood joined to spindle with NC programmable travel to remove machining residue at the work point
