MP212, Sachman high-power milling machines with mobile column, represent one of the most flexible solutions on the market for machining large components for the energy and precision engineering sectors.
MP212 products feature a modular “open structure” able to grant a wide customization according to customer specific applications and single requirements.
The technical features ensure high removal capacity and high dynamic performance in terms of speed, acceleration and accuracy.
In particular, the column, a thermo-symmetrical structure, is divided into two cast-iron uprights with central ram, granting high stability and balance during machining.
MP212 milling machines can be equipped with universal indexed heads, 3 and 5 axis mechanically driven milling heads, continuous twist heads with electrospindles. Boring spindles and fixed extensions can also be mounted.

MP212, Sachman high-power milling machine with mobile column, represents one of the most flexible solutions on the market for machining large components for the energy, precision engineering and die/mould sector. MP212 features a modular “open structure” able to grant a wide customization according to customer specific applications and single requirements. This flexibility allows to machine a single component along the entire longitudinal stroke or to define two or more work areas for pendular operations.
