SPEEDER/GRAND SPEEDER ALL PLUS
Specifically conceived for the machining of composite materials, Speeder and Grand Speeder are gantry type milling centres, which are characterized by an electro-welded steel structure with a mobile crossbeam sliding on guide-ways supported by columns. The machine architecture allows great flexibility in terms of positioning and configuration and ensures the maximum safety to the operator as well as an optimal monitoring of the machining processes.
Speeder and Grand Speeder feature:
• large working volumes: Y axis up to 5000 mm (197 in), Z axis up to 2500 mm (98 in)
• first-class dynamics: up to 60 m/min (2362 in/min) and 5 m/s² (197 in/ s²) acceleration
• wet machining with waste sludge treatment system
• dry machining with efficient Jobs patented suction system
• possibility to be equipped with CompofleX, Jobs universal flexible tooling system for reference and clamping of composite part families
