The main features of Sachman milling centres with T configuration are the transversal moving column and the absence of the slide, thus ensuring the best geometric accuracy at a constant chip removal capacity.

Thanks to the structures dimensions, these machines are the ideal solution for heavy-duty machining operations.
Furthermore the dynamic rigidity grants maximum accuracy when executing tool paths in the space. They can be equipped with traversing tables (T models) as well as with rototraversing tables (TRT version).

The wide range of milling heads (universal indexed heads or mechanically driven continuous twist heads or with motorspindles) makes these products suitable for different applications: from high-precision general engineering to moulds & dies and automotive components’ milling, to complete machining of aeronautical structural parts.

T/TRT15 ALL PLUS

The bed-type milling centres T/TRT15 with mobile column along on the transversal axis without ram present the typical T-morphology of Sachman machines offering high and constant rigidity in every position of the transversal axis. The T15 model is equipped with a mobile table along the longitudinal axis, the TRT15 with a mobile rototraversing table. Designed to limit the number of part positionings, the T/TRT15 milling centres feature:
• high dynamic performances
• symmetrical structures in cast iron to guarantee maximum accuracy over time and uniform performance during machining
