Code of Ethics and Whistleblowing

In carrying out its business activity Jobs considers it of primary importance to have an organisational system based on ethical and moral values that are constantly respected.

The Code of Ethics therefore expresses the principles of "corporate ethics" that Jobs recognises as its own and on which it calls for compliance by all employees and stakeholders.

The Company carries out its internal and external activities in compliance with the contents of this Code of Ethics, in the belief that ethics in the conduct of business, in the management of the company and in the management of relations with employees are to be pursued jointly with the success of the company.

To meet these principles of integrity and respect for rules, it is important to become aware of any misconduct within the company.

The whistleblowing system implemented by Jobs allows the reporting, even anonymously, of potential illegal acts or violations of company codes and regulations witnessed within the company or of which one has direct knowledge. The management of the reports has been entrusted to an external company to guarantee expertise, objectivity, and privacy.
