Over 4200 m2 of exhibition surface, thirty machine tools on show, all operating, produced by twenty different companies, three "tech rooms", 650 m2 of spaces intended for hosting visitors: in the name of the slogan “SMART: State of Manufacturing ART”, these are the numbers that will characterize the participation of Fair Friend Group in the European exhibition EMO 2015 in Milan.
The target is to show the technological value of this large Group of companies that, in their development course, have accomplished the progressive integration of sales, productive and Service activities, the increase of the companies belonging to the Group and the extension of the offer of cutting edge solutions, suitably diversified to satisfy many applicative requirements, to the market.
The products on show at EMO 2015 represent the first fruits of this young Euro-Asian alliance where the European technology and the Asian productive capacity merge, giving birth to new machine typologies.
They will be overall about 30 machines exhibited:
- Jobs LinX, the very high-speed linear-motor milling centre, on which the entire process developed for the composite machining in aeronautical applications will be shown, starting from the die machining to the piece working, the tool management, the treatment of machining residues and much more, with sophisticated and smart solutions for the in-process optimization of the various operations, up to the remote maintenance;
- Jobs eVer7, the milling centre with mobile crossbeam, where it will be re-proposed the machining process of a die, drawing inspiration from an application implemented by plants recently supplied to BMW, showing the high machine performances in terms of multitasking, roughing, high-speed finishing and super-finishing tasks;
- Sachman Frazer, the new milling centre with high dynamics that features unique technical solutions on the market;
- Sigma Compact 5A, 5-axis machine with automatic pallet loading system;
- Sigma Tandem 6A, 6-axis machine with double mobile table;
- Rambaudi Sara, the new double-column machining centre, based on the structure implemented by a company of FFG Group, the Taiwanese Sanco, with solutions anyway appreciated by the European market (for instance the universal Italian-concept head that generally equips Jobs and Sachman machines);
- two models by Hüller Hille, one by Hessapp, one by Modul, one by VDF Boehringer, two by Pfiffner, four by Leadwell, two by FFG-DMC, six by Feeler and two by Equiptop.
Then, in the stand there will be four technological rooms dedicated to as many applicative sectors: aerospace, automotive, railway and general engineering. They are demo areas with limited access where, following some guided paths, the best of products for the specific application fields will be shown.
Among the brands on show at EMO booth there will be FFG Distribution too, the structure in development phase, whose activity is completely sale, installation and service and is focused on the distribution in Italy of non-European FFG products.
